​An ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from Boston University, Bonnie specializes in functional training and creates safe and effective workouts that get results.  

THE BASEMENT: 1-on-1 personal training, partner training, or small group training in Bonnie's Home Gym, aka "The Basement."  If you want to kick it up a notch, personal training sessions are the way to go. Pair this with Bonnie's nutrition expertise, and you'll be in the best shape of your life in no time.

 

If you'd like to be part of a group, you will be paired with people of similar fitness levels, or feel free to create your own group of friends!

Pre-Teen and Teenage Fitness: Let Bonnie help your teen get stronger and more fit while learning  the proper form for exercises in a safe and comfortable environment. Workouts will be custom to reach your goals. All fitness levels welcome from novice to sport-specific training for athletes. Can be 1-1 or with a friend of a similar fitness level.

Corporate Personal Training and Nutrition:  1-on-1 or small group training at your convenience in the luxury of your office.  Bonnie will makeover not only your body, but your entire office will have a healthy transformation!
